How I Work
It starts with understanding your context.
Your vision for your business is a powerful combination of customer conversations, team decisions, and instincts shaped by years of experience. The hard part of growing is making sure everything your organization produces still delivers on that vision, even when you’re not the one in the room.
Every act is an act of becoming. Is your team becoming more of what you set out to be, or less? No one ever cost-cut their way to greatness, and replacing humans with chatbots won’t get you there, either. Organizations that grow without diluting that vision choose to build systems to carry it forward, not shortcuts that let it erode.
My work is building those systems. AI that helps your team capture the human-to-human contact at the heart of your work: feedback, questions, conversations, and meeting notes. The system then weaves that intelligence into the documents, workflows, and processes that carry your vision outward. Humans stay in front. Automation runs in the background. What changes is that the 80% of what only you could deliver before now gets delivered with you, by your team, through the system you built together with me.

DEFINE
Decide The Impact and How to Get There
If we decide to move forward, the Define phase is where we do the careful work of scoping — deciding what to work on and when. Before anything begins, I’ll give you a fixed price based on the complexity of your situation and the number of sessions we’ll need. You know the number before you sign.
What We Do
This typically involves two to four working sessions over one to two weeks, plus asynchronous collaboration in between. We’ll go deeper on your processes, your data, your team’s workflows, and your objectives.
WHAT YOU GET
The Define phase ends with the delivery of a roadmap — a prioritized plan of concrete deliverables with enough detail that you could take it to another vendor if you wanted to. (You probably won’t want to. But you could.)
The roadmap is yours regardless of what you decide next.

DEPLOY
Fixed contract price, negotiated per deliverable.
You choose what to build from the roadmap, and we negotiate a fixed price for that scope before any work begins. No hourly billing. No scope creep surprises. You’re never locked into the full roadmap — you can pause, pivot, or stop at any deliverable boundary.
WHAT WE DO
We deliberately scope first engagements on the smaller end. Not because the ambition is small, but because a focused first deployment gives us real signal about what your team actually adopts, where the friction appears, and what’s worth building next. The ROI case gets clearer with each phase because we’re building it on evidence, not assumptions.
WHAT YOU GET
Deployments are built around your outcomes and workflows, not around specific tools or platforms. That’s deliberate. Because the underlying models and technologies are evolving so fast, I anchor the work to your outcomes, not your tools. That way, we stay agile and nimble enough to upgrade, swap, or adapt as better options mature into production read systems that stay relevant.
