I Love Problems
I’ve been practicing systematic problem-solving for nearly 20 years with seven of those years in the Software as a Service space. So often the way we think about problems is the biggest roadblock to achieving solutions.
I put a strong emphasis on positioning the problem in a meaningful context, with strategic intent, and framed in a way that makes solutions possible and learning inevitable.
I’ve been steeped in design my entire life and have experienced how good design can deliver meaningful solutions for people and how bad design can erode trust.
Good design solves a problem; anything else is decoration.
I also try to keep my mind limber with a strict regimen of hyping the people I love, photography, running, and meditation.
